2018 RULES

The rules and or regulations set forth herein are designed to provide for the orderly conduct of racing events to establish minimum acceptable requirements for such events. These rules shall govern the condition of all events, and by participating in these events. All participants are deemed to have complied with these rules.

Rules: About

OUTLAW STREET

This is a ' RUN WHAT YA BRUNG ' Super Stock class
You can run 4 bbls., Wings, Late Model Tires, Bert/Brinn Trans., etc., - No Aluminum Blocks
1. Any American made production car or truck. Stock type, no late models, no modifieds. Stub cars ok.
2. Roll cage required. No screw joint fittings allowed. The minimum requirement for all roll bars shall be an "A" shaped affair, constructed of at least 1 1/2" OD pipe with bars running from upper right corner to lower left corner and the opposite from the other side of car, forming an "X" as viewed from front to rear. There must also be a cross bar on top of "A" and 4 bars down the side and 4 bars around the top to complete a caged affair around the driver. All roll bar pipes must be at least .095 in thickness and must have an additional support extending from rear upright to rear position of frame. Must have 4 door bars on drivers side and minimum of 2 on passenger side. Drivers side must have door plate. Gussets are required at all door bar welds.
3. Must have racing seat and 5 point harness with crotch belt. Must have window net or arm restraint. Driver must have SNELL approved helmet, fire suit and fire resistant gloves and shoes. Must have fire extinguisher mounted inside car.
4. Must have minimum of 3 windshield bars in front of driver.
5. Fuel cell mandatory.
6. Bumpers may be square tubing, Must run inner rub rail, minimum size 1 1/2 inch round tubing on rear bumper. Must have tow loops front and rear.
7. Must weigh 3000 lbs. after race with driver. All weights must be securely mounted to the frame and painted white with your number on it. Top 5 cars weigh after heat races. Last chance transfer spots will weigh. Top 5 will weigh after "A" feature.

FACTORY STOCK

!! Driver must stay in car unless on fire. Or - his/her night is over!!

SAFETY REGULATIONS:

  1. Roll cages are required. No screw joint fittings allowed. The minimum requirement for

all roll cages on all cars shall be an "A" shaped affair, constructed of at least 1½" OD

pipe with bars running from the upper right corner to the lower left corner, and just the

opposite on the other side, forming an "X" as viewed from front to rear. There must also

be a cross bar on top of "A" and 4 bars down the side and 4 bars around the top to

complete a caged affair around the driver. All roll bar pipes must be at least .095 in

thickness. Must have 4 kidney bars on the driver side and 2 bars on the passenger side.

MUST HAVE 4 BARS ON DRIVERS' SIDE. The driver and passenger door inner liner

only may be altered as necessary to install bars in the door area. No further gutting

allowed. Gussets required. Bars may be added to protect radiator and gas tank areas.

Minimum of Three 1/4 inch bars in front of the driver required . 1/8" doorplate is

mandatory.

  1. Fuel cells, mounted inside cans, are MANDATORY. Fuel cells must be in stock

location, can not be mounted above the rear end housing. 32 gallon maximum. Fuel

cells must be securely installed with 2" wide by 1/8" steel straps. Pump or racing gas

only. NO nitrous oxide or other enhancing chemicals allowed. NO ELECTRIC FUEL

PUMPS.

  1. ALL ITEMS/PARTS NOT ADDRESSED IN THE FOLLOWING

RULES REGULATIONS ARE TO BE OEM, UNALTERED PARTS - EXACTLY AS

PRODUCED BY THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER.

FRAME BODY:

4. Any year model American made car. No front wheel drives allowed.

5. Wheelbase must be production stock. 1" tolerance. No subcompact cars. Rack and

pinion cars must have factory stock parts only. If chassis is altered or steering parts are

not stock or stock replacement and in stock location's not legal. All unibody cars must

be tied together. Must have a complete stock floor pan and firewall. Trunk area may be

cut no further forward than the pinion of the rear end. Crossmember may be notched for

fuel pump.

6. Complete body and frame for that year model. Body must look factory and be in stock

position. Sheet metal or aluminum allowed. All doors must be secured to body. OEM

Roofs. Fiberglass or sheet metal hoods allowed. Hood trunk must be pinned down.

Spoiler allowed, may not exceed 6 inches in height, no wider than rear deck. 12" max

length sides. Rear of body must be fully enclosed quarter panel to quarter panel. Must

have a factory floor pan and firewall. Holes in firewall must be covered with metal or

aluminum. Rear firewall must extend from bottom of rear window to bottom of floor pan.

Trunk area may be cut no further forward than the pinion of the rear end, inner fender

must attach to floor pan. Front/ Rear fenders may be trimmed for tire clearance.

Frt. fender wells may be removed. Nose piece allowed.

Plastic may be used to conform the frt. fender to the nose. Must conform to body lines.

NO excessive "flaring". Must be in full contact with the fender and cannot extend

outward past the fender and door body lines. Excessive flaring determined at the

discretion of the Tech official.

7. Bumpers may be square or round tubing, minimum size 1½ inch round tubing on

rear bumper. Bumper must not protrude past the car's body. Must have tow loops front

and rear. Bumper mounts must be steel. Front and Rear tubular bumpers allowed, must

be covered by plastic nose or tail piece and bent to fit with rounded ends. Bumpers not

covered by plastic nose or tail piece must be the complete unaltered OEM bumper and

capped to the fender. NO sharp edges on bumper or bolts.


8. All weights must be painted white with the car number on it and securely fastened

with ½ inch bolts to eliminate injury and hazardous conditions. Failure to have the car's

number on a weight or failure to have it securely fastened are grounds for

disqualifications or position penalty at the discretion of the Tech official.

9. Enclosed interiors must have inspection panel. All glass, chrome and trim must be

removed, including headlights and taillights. No rear view mirrors allowed. Factory

gauges may be removed. May replace factory dash with aluminum. All flammable

material must be removed. Wiring harness may be removed and replaced. All window

openings must remain factory size. A 5" plastic sun screen on front windshield area is

allowed. Three ½" bars in front of the driver's window are mandatory. 1/8" thick

doorplate is mandatory, door plate must go from the back of the cage to 5 inches in

front of the seat. Bars may be added to protect gas tank and radiator areas.

10. Car Number must be clearly marked 24" height 3" stripe width min.. No Duck tape

numbers or letters. Must be different color than that of racecar. If the scorers can't read

it, you will not be scored.

11. Racing seat is MANDATORY, (in stock location) and 5 point harness with crotch

belt. Must have window net or arm restrains. Driver must have helmet w/Snell Rating of

95 or newer, neck brace, fire suit and fire resistant gloves shoes. Must have fire

extinguisher mounted within the reach of the driver. THESE ARE MANDATORY, NO

COURTESY NIGHTS.

12. Quick release steering wheel and ¾" round steering shaft MANDATORY. Quick

Steer Allowed. . NO stock columns.

13. Aftermarket clutch and brake pedals allowed The Adjuster can not be installed on

dual master cylinders.

14. Must weigh 3000 lbs. after race with driver. Top 3 cars weigh after heat races.

Top 5 weigh after feature race.

ENGINE DRIVE TRAIN:

15. MUST HAVE 180 DEGREE EXPLOSION PROOF STEEL BELL HOUSING.

(Inspection hole required if 360 degree)

16. ENGINE:  Must be stock production. Factory produced blocks only. GM to GM, Ford to Ford, Dodge to Dodge. NO 400 blocks. NO bowtie

or aluminum blocks. Stock GM 3.48 stroke, 2.10 rod journal size on gm crankshafts.

OEM replacement crank (stock 3.48 stroke and weight, 49lb. Min, OEM replacement

only) allowed. Crankshafts may be turned .010,.020 or .030. STOCK GM or STOCK

replacement, 5.7 length, thru-bolt I BEAM rods ONLY. PMF rods allowed. NO cap screw

rods. NO H beam rods. Must have a 1 inch plug in the oil pan on the driver's side behind

the motor mount for tech inspection. Casting numbers must be readable by tech official.

Maximum cubic inch displacement to include clearance and wear is 360 for GM, 363 for

Ford and 370 for Mopar. FLAT TOP or DISHED PISTONS ONLY. NO Domes.

17. Engine setback #1 plug allowed to be even or forward of upper ball joint.

18. INTAKE:  Unaltered OEM cast iron or aluminum intake (Marine included) or

unaltered aftermarket dual plane aluminum intake manufactured by: Weiand, Edelbrock

,Holley or Professional Products AND approved by track officials. NO porting or gasket

matching of the intake or heads. NO acid dipping. Intake can NOT be worked/reworked

under carburetor area. NO AIR GAP, Brezenski, Torque Link or cross ram types.

Plenum divider must be even/flush across the top. Intakes are subject to Tech Officials

decision.

19. EXHAUST:  Manifolds or Headers allowed. No Tri-Y.

20. CARBURETOR:  CAN BE NO LARGER THAN A HOLLEY #4412 500 CFM 2

BARREL AND MUST PASS INSPECTION FROM TOP SIDE WITH GAUGE. BOTTOM

THROTTLE PLATE HOLE 1 11/16" / TOP 1 3/8"

NO AEROSOL CARBS. ONE - 1 inch carb spacer allowed. Can not

exceed 1 and ½ inch total height, including gaskets.

21. IGNITION: OE Factory distributors ONLY. (GM = HEI), No MSD distributors, No

remote coils on GM distributors. Battery may be relocated and must be securely

mounted in a battery box/trey w/hold down. Recall Tachs allowed. No onboard

electronic devices capable of storing information of any kind allowed. No electronic

amplifying devices allowed.

22. CAMS: Hydraulic camshafts lifters only - Max. 480 lift at the camshaft. Stamped

steel style rocker arms only. (GM 1.5 ratio) NO roller rockers, NO roller tip rockers. NO

flat tappet cams, NO mushroom cams. NO roller hydraulic cams. NO hydraulic roller

lifters. If you have a doubt check with tech before competing. Zero valve lash is

required.

23. HEADS:  STOCK cast production, or unaltered (EQ or SR) heads ONLY. Vortec OK.

Maximum Valve size allowed is INT 2.02 EXT.1.60.

Maximum 1.25"diameter valve springs ONLY (.015 tolerance). Guide

plates allowed. Screw in studs allowed. Poly locks allowed. NO stud girdles. NO

beehive valve springs allowed. NO aluminum heads. NO GM angle plug heads. NO

BOW-TIE performance heads. NO angle milling the block or heads, NO Brezinski

products. NO porting, NO polishing, NO acid dipping, or anything similar is NOT

allowed. NO FORD GT 40 or Lightning. NO Mopar W-2. Casting number must be

readable by tech official.

24. TRANSMISSION:  Factory stock automatics or standard transmissions must have

ALL working gears. A 10 ½ inch minimum steel/organic single OEM style disc-type

clutch with a steel pressure plate and an unaltered STEEL flywheel are allowed *16

pound minimum flywheel weight. Aftermarket clutch pedal allowed. Stock type, 10" or

larger, converter allowed. WORKING factory type torque converters required on all

automatics and must contain no less than 3 quarts of fluid. Drivers must be able to put

the car in gear from park / neutral and move forward and reverse at any time requested.

Must have driveshaft loop 6 inches back from u-joint. Shaft loop must be painted white.

NO DUMMY converters. NO lighten transmissions. NO direct drive transmissions.

TIRES, WHEELS, BRAKES SUSPENSION:

25. TIRES WHEELS:  Asphalt pull off tires only. Grooved tires are allowed. NO recaps or dirt late model tires. Steel racing wheels only. Maximum width is 10". 5/8" wheel studs and 1" lug nuts MANDATORY. Bead locks allowed on Right side ONLY. NO plastic or aluminum

wheels. NO bleeder valves. Tires must durometer at 50, at anytime. Wheel covers and mud plugs are optional.

26. SPRINGS:  Racing springs allowed on front and rear. Adjustable/Cheater weight

jacks allowed on the front only. Rear springs must use stock upper spring pads in stock

location. NO weight jacks or adjustable/cheaters on the rear. NO spring sliders.

27. SHOCKS:  Unaltered non-adjustable, 1 piece steel racing shocks OEM-mounted

style allowed. Shocks must mount in stock location on frt rear. Only 1 shock per Wheel.

The GM rear OEM shock location is 4 ½" from the bottom of the housing to the center

of bolt hole and must be centered on the control arm bracket. NO external or internal

bumpers /stops allowed. NO Bulb-type, threaded body, coil-over, air, or any remote

reservoir shocks. NO Gas port, schrader valve or bladder type valves. NO coil-over

eliminators. NO heim mounts. NO aluminum shocks. NO spring assisted shocks unless

it came factory on that vehicle.









28. FRONT SUSPENSION:  All components and mounts must be steel, unaltered OEM

or STOCK OEM REPLACEMENT, in STOCK OEM location and match frame. OEM

rubber or polyurethane A-frame bushings.

STOCK OEM or OEM replacement ball joints allowed. No chains or cables. The upper

A-frame mount must remain STOCK OEM and cannot be moved. IMCA spec stock car control arms allowed.

NOTE: Control arms must match frame, Metric on Metric, camaro on camaro, etc., and

must be installed on the same/correct side has they were designed to be on and would

have been installed on during correct factory production assembly. ONLY unaltered

OEM control arms allowed. Any OEM replacement part that DOES NOT measure

exactly the same as an original manufactured product (OE control arm / trailing arm) AT

ANY POINT on it, is NOT allowed All control arms must mount on/in stock unaltered

positions. NO Heim / johnny joints

29. REAR SUSPENSIONS:  All components and mounts must be steel, unaltered, OEM

and/or an unaltered OEM exact specification replacement part in OEM location and

match frame. OEM rubber control arm bushings or polyurethane bushings allowed. The

center of the rear lower control arm bolt hole must be 2.25 to 2.5 inches from bottom of

housing. (½" tolerance). NO independent rear suspensions. NO sway bars, panhard

bars, J-bars, spring spacers or rubbers, chains or cables. NO gold tracs or any form of

traction devices allowed. Cars will be checked in tech.

NOTE: Trailing arms must match frame, Metric on Metric, etc,. ONLY unaltered OEM or

STOCK OEM replacement trailing arms allowed. Any OEM replacement part that DOES

NOT measure exactly the same as an original manufactured product AT ANY POINT on

it, is NOT allowed. Trailing arms must mount on/in stock unaltered positions. NO Heim /

johnny joints

30. BRAKES:  3 or 4 wheel brakes allowed. Brake shutoff, and/or valve, must be in the

engine compartment. NO front to rear shutoff allowed.. NO brake bias gauges or

adjuster allowed. Brake lines must be visible. NO traction control.

31. REAR END:  9" Ford rear end allowed, but must be mounted as an OEM rear end

(centered) for that make and model. Grand National rear ends allowed. NO gun drilled

axles. Torque dividing mini spools or differentials are NOT allowed. GM rear ends

MUST have axle retention. All rear ends must be locked.

32. PROTESTING:  THE TRACK reserves the right to protest any car/driver at anytime.

THE DRIVER PROTESTING MUST HAVE PARTICIPATED IN THREE PREVIOUS

CONSECUTIVE RACES AT THE TRACK, MUST HAVE FINISHED IN THE TOP FIVE

AND CAN ONLY PROTEST A FINISHING POSITION AHEAD OF HIS/HER OWN. THE

DRIVER GETTING PROTESTED WILL HAVE 10 MINUTES - TO PROTEST DRIVER

PROTESTING HIM/HER, IF HE/SHE WISHES TO DO SO . DRIVER MUST

GIVE THE - CASH - TO THE FLAGMAN WITHIN 10 MINUTES AFTER THE END OF

THE RACE.

VISITING FACTORY STOCKS MUST COMPLY WITH ALL MAJOR RULES.

(Cubic Inch./ Carburetor / Tires / Weight Suspension)

Rules: Headliner

MINI STOCK

Any attached weights must be securely bolted to frame, and must be painted white or florescent orange and have car number clearly painted on them. Due to the high risk factor involved, any car that loses a lead weight during any event will be disqualified for that race and may be banned from the track for the season and or fined. Two attaching mounts are recommended. No weights may be attached to rear bumper. No lead pellets – no liquid weights.

BODY

1. Any 2 or 4 door domestic caror 2 – wheel drive truck with 90 inches to 105

inches wheel base. No front wheel drives. Car must weigh 2500lb with driver after the race.

2. Cars must have full stock appearing metal or aluminum body.

3. Glass, chrome, mirrors, and flammable materials must be removed.

4. The fenders may be cut for tire clearance.

5. The dash may be removed. Pedals must remain in stock position.

6. Engine must remain in stock position.

7. Doors must be welded or bolted shut.

8. Cars may be hulled. Must retain stock floorboard and front and rear

firewalls. Rocker panel must remain in tack on both sides. 4 inch spoiler

allowed.

ROLL CAGE AND CHASSIS

1. A four point roll cage is required as a minimum. A full cage is allowed for safety. The roll cage may not alter the original suspension geometry of the car but only to serve to protect the driver.

2. Wheel base must be stock for make and model of car.

3. No jack screws or weight jacking devices allowed.

4. Frame and suspension parts must remain stock for make and model of car. No truck or homemade frames allowed. Frames cannot be lengthened or shortened.

5. After market springs will be allowed.

6. Any shock allowed, no more than one per wheel. No coilovers.

7. Must have a minimum of three door bars in left door, four recommended, with door plate, and two in the right door.

8. Spacers are O.K. Lowering blocks will be allowed on rearend of car. No sliders allowed.

9. Racing type seats are required and must be securely fastened.

10. Seat setback shall be no more than stock position.

11. Quick release safety belt with shoulder harness is required.

12. Drive shaft safety loop MANDATORY.

TIRES AND WHEELS

1. Tires will have a seven inch minimum width and a ten inch maximum width. No grips.

2. Wheels must be steel. Bead lock wheels allowed.

3. Dirt tires are recommended.

ENGINE

1. Must be four cylinders.

2. Stock heads and block are mandatory. Stock or aftermarket intake manifold ok. Port and Polished. O.K. No aftermarket or racing heads allowed. Stock crank only. Aftermarket stock length rods allowed. No billet, titanium, or aluminum rods allowed.

3. Stock replacement pistons allowed.

4.Holley carburetors, 2 barrel only 4412.2 inch maximum spacer plate.

5. No turbos.

6. Headers allowed.

7. No rear engine, mid engine, rotary engine, or dual cam engines.

8. Ignition system must be stock.

9. Cam shaft can be hydraulic or solid.

FUEL SYSTEM

1. Electric fuel pumps are allowed where a mechanical fuel pump cannot be used. Any electric fuel

pump must be wired through an oil pressure switch located on the engine block.

2. Fuel cells may be relocated for safety. Cars must have a firewall between driver and fuel cell.

3. Fuel will be gasoline only. No alcohol. Racing fuel ok.

4. Fuel lines routed through the driver’s compartment must be encased in steel pipe.

TRANSMISSIONS AND DRIVE TRAIN

1. Transmission shall be stock manual or automatic. Transmission must have working reverse gear and stock working torque converter.

2. Aluminum flywheels and small clutches allowed.

3. All cars must have a working starter.

4. Rearends must be stock type 9" Ford ok. No truck or quick change rearends allowed.

5. Rearends may be locked by welding the spider gears.

6. Manual transmissions will have an explosion proof bellhousing or have a shield between the driver and clutch assembly.

Rules: Headliner

STINGER

The least expensive class that runs at this race track.

This class is for idea new drivers just entering racing.

CAR:

1- Any factory OEM Import or Domestic car, 1980 or later four (4) cylinder powered front-wheel drive passenger vehicle.
2- Must be complete bumper-to-bumper body and frame as OEM Street legal for highway driving.
3- No convertibles
4- No cars with sunroofs, t-tops or any type of removable roof panel will be allowed to race. If a car has a sunroof, or t-tops it can be enclosed or covered with sheet metal (must be approved by Tech. Official) and allowed to compete.
5- No two-seater models allowed.
6- No mid-engine cars allowed.
7- FACTORY VIN NUMBER PLATE MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL POSITION.
8- The only exception to rule #7 will be made on certain models or makes that have the VIN Number Plate attached to the vinyl dashboard and must be removed due to a fire hazard (refer to rule #13 in the BODY section of these rules). In that case you must complete and have on file with SMS. A VIN Number Plate Form (filled out and approved) from the track with a photo (taken by one of the Track Officials) of the VIN Number Plate in its original OEM factory location before you start construction of that vehicle. NO EXCEPTIONS! After construction of this car is complete the VIN Number Plate will be permanently attached to the dash in as close to its original OEM Factory location as possible.

BODY:

1- Bodies must be metal, and/or completely OEM factory stock. May be covered with sheet metal or aluminum.

2- NO METAL (WHATSOEVER) WILL BE ALLOWED TO BE CUT OR HULLED ANYWHERE ON THE CAR WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE CLEARANCE OF THE THREE (3) DOOR BARS OF THE ROLL CAGE.
3- No modifications to the body of any kind will be allowed.
4- No weight rule.
5- No additional weight can be removed from the car.
6- No additional weight and be added to the car.
7- All doors must be welded shut.
8- All exterior trim, molding, additional chrome, antennas, side rear view mirrors, headlights, taillights, rubber parts, windshield wipers, and etc. must be removed from the car.
9- All glass regardless of its location must be removed from the car. 10- Front and rear bumpers must remain in their original OEM location. Additional bracing will be allowed.
11- If a bumper comes completely off the car or has any part of it touching the ground or is found to be in a dangerous position, that car will be black flagged and removed from competition until repairs can be made to the car.
12- The hood and trunk/hatchback lid must function on the original OEM factory stock hinges. There must be two (2) hood pins located on each hood and trunk/hatchback lid to insure that they do not open on the track due to the failure of the OEM latches.

13- All upholstery, plastic, carpet, or any other item in the interior that could cause a fire hazard must be removed from the car. If your car has the OEM Number Plate attached to any part of the interior that must be removed please refer to rule #8 in the CAR section of these rules. 14- 14 - Factory stock OEM steering parts only in their original factory stock location and configuration.

15 - Quick release steering wheels are the only modification allowed to the factory stock steering, but not required.
16- Factory stock gauges may remain in the car.
17- No rearview mirrors allowed.
18- Stock floor pan and stock front and rear firewalls must be maintained.
19- Holes created by the removal of the headlights and taillights must be covered with solid material.
20- Holes created by the removal of the factory grill must be covered with some type of expanded metal.

ROLL CAGE:
1- Roll cage must consist of continuous hoops not less than 1-1/2” O.D. and must have a wall thickness of at least .083” (no splicing main loop). Must be welded to the frame or un-body not bolted. Must be mounted in at least four (4) places (or in other words a 4-point cage). Low carbon mild steel, seamless tubing is recommended.
2- Roll cage must have three (3) door bars on driver side. Bars should be parallel to the ground and equally spaced.
3- No bars allowed outside the car body.
4- Must have two (2) windshield bars welded to the roll cage made of at least ½” tubing.

ENGINE
1- Engines must be stock for year make, and model of vehicle and in the original OEM stock location with OEM motor mounts.
2- Fuel Injection or Throttle Bodies are allowed if they are original OEM equipment for that year, make, and model as per the factory records according to the VIN number plate.
3- No Turbo Charged or Rotary engines allowed.
4- No aftermarket parts allowed anywhere on the car.
5- No claim on the engines will be allowed in this class.
6- No modifications allowed to the engine, factory stock in all aspects.
7- All cars must retain ALL FACTORY COMPONENTS WHATSOEVER according to the cars VIN number plate such as factory installed A/C compressors, Smog Pumps, etc… with the exception of all unnecessary belts to the operation of the car for racing purposes may be removed.
8- Stock Ignition system only for year, make, and model. No racing or performance enhancing units allowed.
9- All cars must have a properly working starter.
10- Radiators must be factory stock for the year, make, and model of the car and mounted in the original OEM mounted location with the factory drip bottle or reservoir in place and functioning at all times for overflow protection.
11- Must have the original factory stock exhaust manifold for year, make, and model of car. Tail pipes must extend past the rear bar of the roll cage. The catalytic converter and muffler may be removed.
12- All four brakes must be in proper working order and cannot be modified in any way.
13- NO ANTI-FREEZE OR COOLANT ALLOWED.

TRANSMISSION & DRIVE TRAIN:
1- Transmission whether it be automatic or manual must be the factor stock OEM for the year, make, and model for that car as per the VIN number plate.
2- Must be mounted in the original OEM position.
3- Transmission must have all forward and reverse factory stock gears functioning in proper order.
4- Only factory OEM stock replacement clutches allowed. No modifying, and no aftermarket, or high performance clutches allowed.
5- No after market, or high performance parts whatsoever anywhere.
6- Must use the OEM stock shifter.
7- Factory stock OEM drive train only per VIN number plate.
8- Differential must remain factory stock and cannot be locked.
9- No modifications whatsoever to the factory stock OEM suspension.
10- No racing or performance enhancing springs, shocks, sway bars, bushings, etc.

TIRES AND WHEELS:1 -Racing or performance enhancing wheels allowed.
2 - Wheels cannot be modified in any way such as moving wheel centers or having the wheel widened.
3- While spacers allowed.
4- Longer wheel studs will be allowed, and larger lug nuts are recommended.
5- No retreads or recaps allowed.
6- Has to be street tires. Any size. All 4 same size. No stagger. NO racing tires.

SAFETY:
1- All cars must have an aluminum-racing seat mounted to the roll cage. No floor mounted seats allowed.
2- All cars must have a safety harness with a minimum strap width of 3” and a submarine strap (or in other words a 5-point harness).
3- All drivers must wear a Snell 95 rated or better helmet.
4- All cars must have a Fire Extinguisher (dry chemical only) on board mounted securely and within easy reach of the driver.
5- All cars with an electric fuel pump must have an ON - OFF switch in easy reach of the driver and yet easily reached by a track official or safety worker.
6- Window nets required.
